H.E. Bronh Sopheana is an accomplished public policy and research professional with expertise in skills development and labour market studies. As Secretary-General of the National Council for Minimum Wage, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, he leads research on wages, labour markets, and macroeconomic data to support policy development. He currently also serves as the Head of the Secretariat of the Inter-Ministerial Working Group for the Implementation of Cambodia\u2019s Global Accelerator on Jobs and Social Protection for a Just Transition. Holding dual Master\u2019s degrees in Public Policy with concentration on Public Finance and Social Policy and Master\u2019s Degree in Development Management, he has authored significant studies on active labour market policies and income patterns in Cambodia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
