លោក គង់ បញ្ញារិទ្ធ បច្ចុប្បន្ន ជាអនុប្រធានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលមាត្រាសាស្ត្រជាតិ នៃក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ ដោយទទួលលើការងារបច្ចេកទេសពាក់ព័ន្ធប្រព័ន្ធរង្វាស់រង្វាល់ ការងារមាត្រាសាស្ត្រជាតិ។ ដោយឡែក ក្នុងការងារសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធ លោកជាអនុប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គណៈកម្មាធិការសម្របសម្រួល ការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធ (គ.ស.អ.ស.ក.) ដែលជាសេនាធិការជូន គ.ស.អ.ស.ក. និងមានភារកិច្ចជាអង្គភាព បង្គោលសម្រាប់ សម្របសម្រួល អន្តរក្រសួងស្ថាប័ន និងអង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការអនុវត្ត យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាតិស្តីពីការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធ។ លោកបានបញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ផ្នែកបច្ចេកវិទ្យាថាមពល ពីវិទ្យាស្ថានអន្តរជាតិបច្ចេកវិទ្យា Sirindhorn នៃសកលវិទ្យាល័យ Thammasat ប្រទេសថៃ។

Mr. Kong Pagnarith is a Deputy Director of the National Metrology Centre under MISTI. He is responsible for technical work related to the system of weights and measures and national metrology. He also serves as the Deputy Head of Secretariat of the Coordinating Committee for the Development of the Informal Economy (CCIED). The Secretariat acts as the executive body for the CCIED and is tasked as the focal point unit for coordinating among ministries, institutions, and relevant units in implementing the National Strategy on the Development of the Informal Economy. He obtained a Master’s degree in Energy Technology from the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thammasat University, Thailand.
