H.E. Dr. Kenh Sovath is an Advisor to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training of Cambodia. He previously served as a postdoctoral research fellow at Peking University. H.E. Dr. Sovath holds a Ph.D. in Development Economics from Peking University. His research focuses on growth, capital mobility, firm innovation, and New Structural Economics. H.E. Dr. Sovath has published in the Journal of International Development and Science and Technology Management Research.
