Mr. Samreth Muny is an accomplished finance and tax professional with extensive leadership experience in global firms and multinational corporations, blending technical expertise with strategic and commercial insight. Before founding and leading ATA-MS (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., he served as CFO and Chief Agency Officer at AIA (Cambodia) Life Insurance Plc., where he managed finance, actuarial, distribution, and strategic operations. He plays an active role in government–private sector dialogue as a member of the NSSF Investment Committee, Vice-Chair of CAMFEBA’s Social Security Committee, and participant in key working groups, influencing tax policy, governance, and business regulation in Cambodia.
