ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ទ្រី សុផល ជាទីប្រឹក្សាក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតធ្លាប់ បានធ្វើការជាអ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវនៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យក្យូតូ រយៈពេលពីរឆ្នាំ និងនៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យាណានយ៉ាង (NTU) ប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី រយៈពេលមួយឆ្នាំ។ បន្ថែមពីលើប្រវត្តិ ស្រាវជ្រាវទាក់ទងនឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ និងវិស្វកម្មគ្រប់គ្រងគ្រោះមហន្តរាយធម្មជាតិ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ក៏កំពុងស្រាវជ្រាវ លើប្រធានបទស្តីពី មូលធនមនុស្ស,  ទីផ្សារការងារ, បញ្ញាសិប្បនិមិត្ត, Machine learning និងការប្រើប្រាស់ទិន្នន័យផ្កាយរណបជាដើម។ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត បានទទួលសញ្ញាបត្រថ្នាក់បណ្ឌិតផ្នែកវិស្វកម្មពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យក្យូតូ ប្រទេសជប៉ុន,  ថ្នាក់អនុបណ្ឌិតពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិក្យុងប៊ុក សាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េខាងត្បូង, និងថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែក វិស្វករពីវិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា។

H.E. Dr. Try Sophal is an advisor to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training in Cambodia. Previously, he served as a research fellow under the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) at Kyoto University for two years and at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, for one year. In addition to his research background related to climate change and natural disaster prevention engineering, he also has a strong research interest in human capital, labour market, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the application of satellite remote sensing datasets. He hold a Doctor of Engineering from Kyoto University, Japan, M.Sc. from Kyungpook National University, South Korea, and Engineer’s degree from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia.
