លោក Andrew Tey បានដឹកនាំវិទ្យាស្ថានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិស័យកាត់ដេរនៅកម្ពុជា (CGTI) ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០១៧ ក្នុងការចូលរួមជំរុញវឌ្ឍនភាពកម្ពុជា លើជំនាញបច្ចេកទេស និងជំនាញទន់ សម្រាប់វិស័យវាយនភ័ណ្ឌ និងកាត់ដេររបស់កម្ពុជា។ ដោយមានបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងឧស្សាហកម្មជាង ២៧ឆ្នាំ លោកធ្លាប់បានកាន់តួនាទីជាន់ខ្ពស់ នៅក្នុងសាជីវកម្មពហុជាតិ ហើយត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់លើ ការងារលើកកម្ពស់ឧត្តមភាពប្រតិបត្តិការនៅក្នុងខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃ។ លោក គឺជា អ្នកបណ្តុះបណ្តាល, អ្នកវាយតម្លៃ, សវនករ, និងជា Lean Master Black Belt ដែលមានគុណវុឌ្ឍិកម្រិតខ្ពស់ នៃស្តង់ដា ISO ជាច្រើនប្រភេទ។ លោក មានជំនាញផ្នែកគ្រប់គ្រងផលិតកម្ម, ប្រព័ន្ធធានាគុណភាព, ចីរភាព, ការគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថាន និងសុវត្ថិភាពនៅកន្លែងការងារ។ លោក Andrew ក៏ជាសមាជិកគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការបច្ចេកទេសទី១២ សម្រាប់វិស័យវាយនភ័ណ្ឌ ដែលឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការរួមចំណែករបស់លោកក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ស្តង់ដារឧស្សាហកម្ម និងការគាំទ្រដល់កំណើនប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនៅក្នុងឧស្សាហកម្មវាយនភ័ណ្ឌនៅកម្ពុជា។

Mr. Andrew Tey has led CGTI since 2017, driving national progress in technical and soft skills for Cambodia’s Textile & Apparel sector. With over 27 years of industry experience, he has held senior roles in multinational corporations and is recognised for elevating operational excellence across the value chain. He is a certified Trainer, Assessor, Auditor, and Lean Master Black Belt, with advanced qualifications in multiple ISO standards. His expertise spans Lean Management, quality systems, sustainability, environmental management, and workplace safety. Mr. Andrew also serves on Cambodia’s National Training Board and is the appointed Chairman of Technical Committee 12 on Textile, reflecting his strong influence in shaping industry standards and supporting sustainable growth in Cambodia’s textile industry.
