លោក គង់ អាទិត្យ ជាប្រធានសម្ព័ន្ធសហជីពប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកម្មករកាត់ដេរកម្ពុជា(C.CAWDU)។ លោកបានចាប់ផ្តើមធ្វើការនៅក្នុងវិស័យកាត់ដេរនៅទីក្រុង ភ្នំពេញក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៩៨ នៅរោងចក្រ Tack Fat។ នៅឆ្នាំដដែលនោះ លោកបានក្លាយជា សកម្មជនសហជីព ជាមួយសហព័ន្ធ NIFTUC។ លោកបានចូលរួមជាមួយ C.CAWDU ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០០២ ជាបុគ្គលិកស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត ហើយត្រូវបានបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសជាអគ្គលេខាធិការនៅឆ្នាំ២០០៦ និងក្រោយមក បានក្លាយជាប្រធានរបស់ស្ថាប័ននេះនៅឆ្នាំ២០១៩។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ លោកបានចូលរួមជាមួយ CLC នៅឆ្នាំ២០០៦ ហើយត្រូវបានបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសជាប្រធាន នៅឆ្នាំ២០២៤។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៦ លោកក៏បានទទួលតួនាទីជាសហប្រធាននៃសហព័ន្ធសហជីពសកល ផ្នែកវាយនភណ្ឌ កាត់ដេរ សម្លៀកបំពាក់ និងផលិតស្បែកជើងផងដែរ។ បច្ចុប្បន្នលោកជាសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល នៃបេឡាជាតិសន្តិសុខសង្គម។

Mr. Athit Kong is President of the Coalition of Cambodia Apparel Workers Democratic Union (C.CAWDU). he began working in Phnom Penh’s garment sector in 1998 at Tack Fat Garment Factory. That same year, he became a union activist with NIFTUC. He joined C.CAWDU in 2002 as a volunteer staff member, was elected General Secretary in 2006, and later became its president in 2019. In parallel, he joined CLC in 2006 and was elected president in 2024. He also assumed international leadership in 2016 as Co-Chair of IndustriAll’s global union for TGSL. He is also a board member of Cambodia’s National Social Security Fund.
