លោកបណ្ឌិត ឆន ឌីណា បច្ចុប្បន្នជានាយកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល និងស្រាវជ្រាវដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (CDRI)។ លោកបណ្ឌិត ធ្លាប់ធ្វើការជាអ្នកវិភាគសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៅក្រុមហ៊ុន France Médias Monde ក្នុងទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ប្រទេសបារាំង។ លោកបណ្ឌិត ជាសេដ្ឋវិទូជ្រើសរើសដោយគណៈកម្មការសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប (European Commission) ក្រោមកម្មវិធី Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions ទៅកាន់កិច្ចប្រជុំ Lindau លើកទី៧ សម្រាប់ម្ចាស់ពានរង្វាន់ណូបែលសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដើម្បីរំលឹកដល់លោក Alfred Nobel នៅក្នុងប្រទេសអាល្លឺម៉ង់។ លោកបណ្ឌិត បានបញ្ចប់ការស្រាវជ្រាវថ្នាក់ក្រោយបណ្ឌិតនៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Lausanne នៃប្រទេសស្វីស និងបានបញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់បណ្ឌិត ផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Bordeaux នៃប្រទេសបារាំង ហើយបានបង្រៀនមុខជំនាញ Econometrics និង Statistics នៅទីនោះផងដែរ។ លោក ក៏បានចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងកិច្ចសន្ទនាគោលនយោបាយនិងសន្និសីទ ស្រាវជ្រាវនានា។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ការស្រាវជ្រាវរបស់លោកត្រូវបានបោះពុម្ពផ្សាយក្នុងទស្សនាវដ្ដីវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រល្បីៗជាច្រើន។

Dr. Dina Chhorn is the Centre Director of Development Economics and Trade at CDRI.  Previously, he worked as an economic analyst at France Médias Monde in Paris. He was accredited by the European Commission as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at the 7th Lindau Meeting for the Laureates of the Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel in Germany. He conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland and holds his PhD in Economics from the University of Bordeaux in France, where he also taught Econometrics and Statistics. He has contributed to policy dialogues, and his research has been published in notable journals.
