ឯកឧត្តម ឃុន ចាន់ណារិទ្ធ ជាអគ្គនាយករងនៃបេឡាជាតិសន្តិសុខសង្គម (ប.ស.ស.) នៅកម្ពុជា ដោយមានបទពិសោធន៍ ជាង ១៥ ឆ្នាំ ក្នុងតួនាទីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំដឹកនាំក្នុងការរៀបចំគោលនយោបាយ ការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងប្រតិបត្តិការអាជីវកម្ម និងគម្រោងវិនិយោគ។ ឯកឧត្តម បានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្ម ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យការងារនិងសេវាការងារសាធារណៈ ការគ្របដណ្តប់សុខភាពជាសាកល កម្មវិធីផ្ទេរ សាច់ប្រាក់ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រវិស័យសន្តិសុខសង្គមនៅកម្ពុជា។ កាលជាអតីត សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ និងអ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវ ឯកឧត្តម បានចូលរួមក្នុងការស្រាវជ្រាវអំពី ពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិវិស័យការងារនិង សេវាការងារ សាធារណៈ និងវិស័យសន្តិសុខសង្គម ដោយផ្តោតលើការរៀបចំនិងអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ក្នុងវិស័យសន្តិសុខសង្គម។ ឯកឧត្តម បានទទួលសញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ជំនាញគ្រប់គ្រង និងកម្មសិទ្ធបញ្ញាពី សាកលវិទ្យាល័យលីយ៉ុង២ (បារាំង) និងមហាវិទ្យាពាណិជ្ជសាស្ត្រណ័រថាំប្រៀ Northumbria Business School (ចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស)។

H.E. Khun Channarith is the Deputy Director General of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) in Cambodia, with over 15 years of leadership experience in policy advisory, research, and business and investment management. H.E. Channarith has been instrumental in advancing Cambodia’s public employment service, universal health coverage, cash transfer programs, and social security initiatives. As a former lecturer and researcher, he has contributed to labour, public employment, and social security studies, emphasizing sustainable policy design and implementation in social protection. H.E. Channarith holds master’s degrees in Economics, Management, and Intellectual Property from the University of Lyon 2 (France) and Northumbria Business School (UK).
