Her Excellency Ouch Cheachanmolika has been the Director General of the National Employment Agency (NEA) under the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training since 2024. Her Excellency began her career at the NEA in 2015 and was also assigned as advisor, quickly rising to the position of Deputy Director in 2017. During her tenure as Deputy Director, Her Excellency was crucial in supporting the training of NEA trainers, compiling lesson materials, and preparing various employment-service guidelines. Her current responsibilities involve overall management and leadership of employment services across the agency. Her Excellency holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Lumière University Lyon II, France.
