លោក Chong Leong Fatt គឺជា​នាយករង នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកទេស និងអប់រំ (ITE) នៃប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី។ លោក CHONG Leong Fatt គឺជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងជាទីប្រឹក្សា ដែលមានបទពិសោធន៍លើផ្នែកអប់រំបណ្តុះបណ្តាល បច្ចេកទេស និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ (TVET)។ លោក Chong បានបម្រើការនៅវិទ្យាស្ថានអប់រំបច្ចេកទេស (ITE) របស់ប្រទេស សិង្ហបុរី ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៨៥។ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលនៃការបម្រើការងារនេះ លោកបានកាន់តួនាទីជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំជាច្រើន រួមមាន៖ ប្រធានផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ/ប្រធានផ្នែកព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា (CFO/CIO) និងជានាយកផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា។ លោក ក៏ធ្លាប់បានបម្រើការជាអនុប្រធាននៃមហាវិទ្យាល័យ ITE College Central និងជានាយកផ្នែកសេវាកម្មនិស្សិត និង សិក្សាធិការ ដោយលោកបានរៀបចំគំនិតផ្ដួចផ្ដើមសម្រាប់ការងារសិក្សាធិការ និងមុខងារពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងនិស្សិត។ លោក បាន បញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកវិស្វកម្មសំណង់ស៊ីវិល និងថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ផ្នែករដ្ឋបាលធុរកិច្ច (MBA) ពីសាកល វិទ្យាល័យជាតិសិង្ហបុរី។ ក្នុងរយៈពេល ១៥ឆ្នាំចុងក្រោយនេះ លោកបានផ្តល់សេវាកម្មប្រឹក្សាយោបល់យ៉ាងសកម្មនៅទូទាំង ពិភពលោក ដោយមានឯកទេសក្នុងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ TVET ការអភិវឌ្ឍស្ថាប័ន ក្របខ័ណ្ឌហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ភាពជាដៃគូជាមួយឧស្សាហកម្ម និងសេវាកម្មនិស្សិត។

Mr. CHONG Leong Fatt is an experienced leader and consultant in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). He has served the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) in Singapore and its predecessor since 1985. Throughout his tenure, he held diverse leadership roles, including CFO/CIO and Divisional Director for Finance and IT. He also served as Deputy Principal of ITE College Central and Director for Student & Academic Services, where he conceptualized academic and student functions. He holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the National University of Singapore. For the past 15 years, he has actively provided consultancy services globally, specializing in training TVET leaders, institution development, financial frameworks, industry partnerships, and holistic student services.
